Employee Giving Campaign

Each Fall, Anne Arundel County Public School (AACPS) employees have the opportunity to participate in the Employee Giving Campaign. Funding raised through this campaign supports a variety of AACPS programs that provide opportunities, interventions, and resources to AACPS students and families.

Ways to Give
Payroll Deduction
Giving has never been easier! Donate to the Employee Giving Campaign with a recurring payroll deduction! For those who wish to contribute in 2023-2024 through payroll deduction or a one time gift, please contact Leathia Fletcher at lfletcher@aacps.org. The first deduction will occur in October.
*Per pay deductions will carry over to the next fiscal year until stopped using the Authorization for Cancellation of Voluntary Deductions form.

Check
Please make your check payable to the Education Foundation of AACPS and enter “Employee Give” on the memo line. Send your check and completed Employee Give form to the Department of Partnerships, Development, & Marketing.

A gift of any amount can help change lives:
- $2 per pay period–the price of one soda ($50 one-time donation) provides an opportunity to attend an enrichment activity to a student being raised by grandparents or extended family members through the Kinship Resource and Support Program.
- $5 per pay period–the cost of one tub of ice cream ($100 one-time donation) supports one week of the Summer Books Program, which distributes free books to children in low income areas throughout the summer.
- $10 per pay period–the price of popcorn and a drink at the movies ($250 one-time donation) covers the cost of the Weekend Food Program for a student at an AACPS Alternative Education School.
- $20 per pay period–the cost of takeout for two ($500 one-time donation) purchases bilingual children’s books for Spanish speaking parents participating in Bilingual Reading Workshops to promote literacy at home.
- $40 per pay period–the cost of one small shopping spree ($1,000 one-time donation) covers tent rental fee to house the Brooklyn Park Summer Farmers’ Market, that provides families living in northern Anne Arundel County with access to fresh .
